At Loving Touch,
we offer a non-judgmental space
where you are welcome to come as you are.
Through The Physical means we honour the body's innate wisdom and the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit.
By applying somatic practices we strengthen this connection and that in turn cultivates well - being.
We integrate rituals and ceremonies to help guide us in this journey.
Our mission is to create a safe environment to explore core beliefs and our relationship with concepts such as:
Hope, Power, Love, Pain
We believe that through exploration of both the body and mind, verbally and physically - We can improve all aspects of our lives.
Empowering one person at a time through individual and group processes.
Offerings
One on one massage or group circles - all of which are dedicated to letting go and nourishment for the heart.
Kahuna Based Bodywork
Originally from the native Hawaiian tradition - Kahuna massage held sacred meaning and was used to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit.
It incorporates an essence of the ocean and the element of water. With the long flowing strokes and the use of palms, forearms and elbows.
More importantly - The principal of Aloha (love) can be felt through the loving presence, loving eyes and of course, loving touch.
This form of bodywork touches beyond the physical, inviting emotional and spiritual transformation.
